Lootah Bitumen pen grade product is suitable material for paving expressway, highway, urban road and parking area, as well as bridge deck. Also Shell pen grade can be good base bitumen for high quality emulsion production.
 

Polymer Modified Bitumen 

With hard-core R&D and application experience, Rubaseal is made with carefully selected and compatible SBS and base material. Both of 2 major raw inputs are original products. This high quality and compatible system performs super properties on road without segregation. Its high resistance to rutting, cracking and fatigue, ensure its application on pavement under extreme condition such as very high/low temperature or heavy traffic. It can also be used for special mix design e.g. porous asphalt, SMA, durable bridge deck. Rubaseal can be tailor made according to customers' special need.
