Tunnel Form Construction

Tunnel Form System was firstly introduced in UAE by Lootah building & Construction for the purpose of multi storey buildings construction, which turned out as a highly successful system. The system is a time and cost effective device, as the shuttering is removed within 48 hours after the concrete is cast, whereas if the conventional system is used, it would take a minimum of 40 days to remove the shuttering.

The construction period is also considerably reduced to a great extent which is an important factor for the contractor and client.

The manpower requirement is also reduced when using this particular system as only few technicians are required to man this system, thus again reducing major over head expenses.
