Roofing Sheets

Lootah roofing profile sheets are available with base material of Aluminum (AA3105, Temper H16) and GI (ASTM A446, GR. D) or Alu-Zinc coated steel (150gms/sqm). This is available from 0.5mm thick to 1.0mm thick material. The sheets can be manufactured up to 12m long and even longer sheets may be made available upon specific requirement or request. The trapezoidal corrugated sheets with profile 32X200 are provided in polyster coated finish or mill finish. The most common colors (available Ex' stock) are Off-White (RAL9002), Blue (RAL5012), Emirates Green. (BS12B21) and Biege (RAL1014). Additional colors can be provided upon specific requirement / with sufficient delivery period.

Insulated Sandwich Panels

Of the insulated sandwiched panels available, polyurethane foam filled panels is the most commonly used and highly efficient. With the latest machinery for production and quality raw material input, Lootah produced inject panels are known for their high performance and quality finish.

These can be manufactured with varying thickness from 30mm to 150mm depending on the insulation specification at density varying from 30kg/m3 to 60kg/m3. A maximum length of 12-m panel is possible with our injection line, which has the capacity to make up to 1000sq.m panels per day. The panels can be prepared with aluminum foil as well as low ribbed aluminum or GI as the bottom liner. In addition to the above, our facilities can be used to inject polyurethane insulation to steel doors and other such structures on job basis.
The economical alternative to polyurethane for insulation is rockwool and glasswool, which are also available in varying thicknesses and density
 

Z-Purlin & C-Purlin

These are made from galvanised iron and available in varying thickness from 1.0mm to 2.5mm and upto a maximum length of 12.0m.

GRP / Tranlucent Sheets

Lootah Industries has a fibreglass division where we manufacture our GRP sheets for the various roofing applications. This can be made in required thickness (1.0mm to 3.0mm) and suitable for any type of profile.

Ancillary Items

Items like Profile Ridge, Profile Curve, Flashings, Gutter, Fascia etc are supplied along with the order. These are either manufactured as per our standard dimensions or according to the specific site requirement and design features (Find attached the sketches of these items.

Accessories & Fixing Details

These include self-tapping screws with washer bonded to EPDM seal, POP Rivets, Butyl sealant tape, PVC barrier tape, Filler blocks etc. These are procured from reputed manufacturers and approved after stringent quality tests.
