This cumulative success would not have been realized if
it was not for the grace of Almighty God and the
competence of the group management exemplified by Mr.
Ibrahim Lootah, and the effort of staff members. The
Group is keen to provide their staff with all requisites
and facilities that would ensure their physical and
psychological comfort and stability. Such facilities
include ,medical care, comfortable housing, transport
facilities from and to places of work.
The genuine accomplishment that has so far been realized
after much dedicated struggle and hard work has given us
the opportunity to enjoy the fruits. Such fruits are
exemplified not only in what Mr. Ibrahim Lootah Managed
to achieve over long years, but in his ability to hand
over a major part of the responsibility to his sons who
were properly groomed for that day.
